- Rhytidectomy
&
Reshaping
the Chin & Neck

A
facelift, or rhytidectomy , is aesthetic surgery to
improve and sometimes eliminate evidence of aging, such as
wrinkles and sagging skin on the face and neck. It is
often said that a facelift will take 5-10 years off a
person's age, but it is difficult to pinpoint the exact
result. The degree of improvement will depend on factors
such as age, heredity, bone structure and various
characteristics of the skin. Personal habits, such as
alcohol intake, nutrition and smoking, also determine how
long a facelift will last.
