{Back to
Forehead Lift}
There
are several variations to the forehead lift procedure.
Dr. Peterson will recommend the surgical technique that he
feels will obtain the best outcome for you.
Endoscopic
browlift can be performed for individuals who are not the
ideal candidate for the open coronal approach. High
hairline, thinning hair, and those concerned by longer
incision lines are excellent candidates for an endoscopic
browlift.
In
selected patients, instead of the coronal incision technique
- a limited incision can be used. This procedure uses
an endoscopic, a long thin tube, lighted on the end, and
attached to a video camera. The endoscope is inserted
through several small incisions in the scalp and allows Dr.
Peterson to see work on the internal structures of the
forehead. Dr. Peterson's preferences and of course
your expectations will be thoroughly discussed in your
consultation.
